Yes. All our capsules are made from HPMC — a 100% plant-based material derived from wood cellulose fibres. They contain no gelatin or animal by-products and are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Yes — methylene blue will temporarily stain saliva, urine and skin blue-green. This is completely normal and harmless. It will also stain clothing and surfaces, so handle with care and dilute in water before consuming.
